Get there on the Red Cruise from Bowness or Green Cruise from Ambleside or Wray Castle with your bike for just £1 extra per bicycle (when space allows). Even better, why not use our dedicated Bike Boat offering cyclists easy access from Bark Barn on the quiet western shore of Windermere.
Bike Boat | The original and best way to enjoy cycling around Windermere. Our dedicated Bike Boat service allows cyclist to access the quiet western shore of Windermere and explore trails, circular routes and access the national cycle network. The service runs from Brockhole to Bark Barn every weekend up to 17 July then daily during the peak Summer period from 23 July to 4 September. |
