Crafty Mask Making @ The World of Beatrix Potter, Bowness

Saturday 10th February @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

It’s Chinese New Year so why not get crafty at The World of Beatrix Potter; creating and making super colourful Dragon Masks all day in their foyer.

Pop along to their craft table and make your very own mask to take home.

Choose Jemima Puddle Duck or Peter Rabbit, grab a seat at their painting table and design and paint your own sculpture to take home.

Design, decorate and plant up a colourful planter for the precious insects in your garden.

Join a session led by our learning team to transform a ready-made wooden structure into a painted, colourful planter - then plant up with wildflower seeds and watch your creation bloom!

Construct a creature @ Windermere Jetty museum

10-17 February 2024, 11am-4pm

Families are invited to flex their creative muscles and craft creatures using kid-safe tools designed by Makedo. Your creations will form part of a growing display in the museum. Our youngest visitors can enjoy a sensory play area.

Makedo empowers kids to harness their creativity, as they are encouraged to build using one of the most recycled materials on the planet, cardboard.
