We’ve changed the way we work to make our boat hire even safer during the COVID-19 pandemic and maintain social distancing at all times:

Online booking only

To minimize queues at the ticket office, our boats must be booked online.

Simply show up with your e-ticket on paper/on your phone to take your boat out.

Our boats can only be hired by a family unit or support bubble.

A great way for your group to to explore the lake at their own pace – and in their own space.

All boats departures and arrivals have been staggered.

There will be plenty of space for you, your family/bubble and staff to keep 2 metres apart.

Our cleaning regime has been enhanced and every boat will be cleaned between customers.

We have hand sanitation stations at our ticket office and pier too.

All bouyancy aids will be cleaned after each session and only reissued after a 48 hour quarantine period.

Only non-swimmers and under 16s need wear them.

Our staff have been trained to ensure they are fully compliant with all up-to-date with UK Government advice.

We’ll be keeping our social distance, but are there if you need any assistance.
