We are recruiting enthusiastic and customer‑focused Seasonal Crew Members to join our Lakeside team for the 2026 summer season. If you enjoy working outdoors, supporting vessel operations, and being part of a friendly and experienced team, this is a fantastic opportunity to spend your summer in one of the most scenic parts of the Lake District.

As a Seasonal Crew Member, you’ll support the safe and smooth operation of our vessels, ensuring our passengers enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience. Your duties will include:

Assisting passengers with safe boarding and disembarkation
Supporting the skipper with day‑to‑day onboard operations
Providing excellent customer service and answering visitor queries
Maintaining a tidy, safe, and presentable onboard environment
Following safety procedures and contributing to a positive passenger experience

This is an active, hands‑on role where every day brings something different.

Hours and working pattern

We offer two shift patterns:

Full‑Time Shift Pattern | 4 days on / 2 days off

Part‑Time / Job‑Share Shift Pattern | 2 days on / 4 days off

Both working patterns include:

Weekend working
Occasional rostered evening shifts to support private charters
