What you’ll be doing

Our General Assistants play a key role in ensuring our visitors have a great experience. Duties may include:

  • Crew work on our vessels
  • Assisting in the ticket office
  • Helping customers and supporting operations as a pier assistant
  • Providing friendly customer service and helping answer visitor questions
  • Keeping our pier areas safe, tidy, and welcoming

No two days are the same – you’ll be part of a supportive team helping thousands of people enjoy their day on the lake.

Hours and flexibility

We are recruiting for full‑time and part‑time positions.

The role includes some weekend work and occasional evening shifts to support charter sailings.
