Sunday Great North Swim Shuttle Update

Change of start/finish times for swimmers on Sunday 12 June

A number of swimmers have been contacting us today telling us that their start/finish times have now been changed by the event organisers.

Due to the change of time, their original shuttle boat booking won't be useful on Sunday any more. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we want to make adjusting your travel plans as simple as possible:

• We can't change the time of your booking, but we are offering a no-quibble full refund. Call us on 015394 43360 to cancel & refund your original booking. You will then have to re-book for a time that works for you.
• On Sunday, the boats are a lot quieter than on Saturday and we may have some flexibility in accommodating you on board. Wherever possible if you have a valid ticket, we will try our hardest to safely fit you on a boat to/from the start/finish.
• Good luck with your swim and we look forward to welcoming you on board.
