Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the cruises?

Cruise durations vary depending on the route you choose. Most cruises last between 45 minutes and 2½ hours, with options to hop on and off at different piers. Full details for each cruise can be found on the individual cruise pages.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Small snacks and non‑alcoholic drinks are welcome on board. However, large picnics and alcohol are not permitted.

Is the cruise suitable for children and babies?

Yes, our cruises are family‑friendly and suitable for all ages. Prams can be brought on board where space allows, though we may ask that they be folded during busy sailings.

Do you operate all year round?

We operate throughout the year, although sailings and self‑drive availability may vary by season. Timetables are reduced during the winter months.

What happens if it’s raining?

Our cruises run in most weather conditions, including rain. Our boats have indoor seating areas, so you can still enjoy the experience comfortably. In severe weather, sailings may be delayed or cancelled for safety reasons.

Can I bring a wheelchair or mobility scooter on board?

Many of our vessels are wheelchair accessible, but access may depend on the boat, pier, and water levels on the day. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can advise on the most suitable sailings.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, we are dog friendly and welcome well‑behaved dogs on board our cruises. You can find full details on our dog‑friendly attraction policy before you visit.

Is there parking near the piers?

Please get in touch with our team to arrange a group booking.

Where can I see your full price list?

Our full list of ticket prices is available on our full price list page.

What is your carer and accessibility policy?

Carers travel free of charge when accompanying a disabled adult. Full details can be found in our accessibility and carer policy.

Do I need to pre‑book?

Pre‑booking is not required for our cruises — you’re welcome to arrive and purchase tickets at the ticket office on the day.

However, we strongly recommend pre‑booking self‑drive boats, as they are extremely popular and often sell out.
