Based at our Coach Park in Bowness-on-Windermere, set in the heart of the Lake District and one of the most visited and picturesque destinations in Cumbria, you’ll enjoy incredible surroundings while being part of a lively and welcoming team. Reporting to the Shoreside Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every visiting group receives a smooth, friendly, and memorable start to their journey with us.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering a warm welcome to tour leaders and group visitors from across the UK and overseas
• Coordinating coach parking in a safe, efficient, and organised way
• Engaging with tour leaders and groups to recommend the best options and promote our range of cruises
• Processing pre-booked groups – handling payments, issuing tickets, and providing helpful information
• Keeping communication flowing with ticket offices and support teams to ensure a seamless visitor experience
