Whether you're pushing a pram or just fancy an easy, accessible stroll, we’ve got you covered! Below are some beautiful, flat and pram-friendly walks, complete with boat rides and stunning spring and summer scenery.

Difficulty: Easy | 4 + hours
Start your adventure in Bowness by taking a boat to Ash Landing. From here, walk along the flat, scenic western shore to Wray Castle. After exploring, hop on another boat to Ambleside and complete the loop by returning to Bowness by boat. Please note, the walkers ticket does finish 28th September

Difficulty: Moderate - challenging | 2 hours
This popular family walk starts in Windermere and rewards you with panoramic views. Halfway up, you’ll meet some friendly faces – the Gruffalo and the Mouse!

Difficulty: Easy | 45 minutes
A short and easy walk in Bowness. Perfect for little legs and prams, this gentle stroll offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills.

Difficulty: Easy | 1 hour
Take the red cruise from Bowness to Brockhole. Once you arrive, enjoy a peaceful stroll around the stunning gardens and grounds, which are ideal for prams.

Difficulty: Moderate | 1 - 2 hours
Catch the green cruise from Ambleside to Wray Castle, then enjoy a flat walk along the shores of Lake Windermere. This is a perfect day out for families with prams.
