Start your weekend with a refreshing run, jog or walk at Ambleside parkrun. A free, friendly 5k community event set within the beautiful lakeside surroundings of Ambleside.
Open to all ages and abilities, this weekly event is all about taking part at your own pace. Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a new personal best or simply looking for a relaxed morning stroll by the lake, everyone is welcome. Spectators and volunteers are also encouraged to join in and support the event.
Good to know: Be sure to register with parkrun before your first visit and bring your scannable barcode to receive your timed result.
