Start your weekend with a refreshing run, jog or walk at Fell Foot parkrun – a free, friendly 5k community event set within the beautiful lakeside surroundings of Fell Foot Park.

Open to all ages and abilities, this weekly event is all about taking part at your own pace. Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a new personal best or simply looking for a relaxed morning stroll by the lake, everyone is welcome. Spectators and volunteers are also encouraged to join in and support the event.

The welcoming atmosphere continues after the run, with many participants gathering for a coffee at the Fell Foot Boathouse Café – a great way to meet others and make the most of your morning.
