Why not combine your visit to Lakeside Pier with a trip to Fell Foot Park, a popular National Trust lakeside park with a picnic area and children’s adventure playground. Family-friendly park, perfect for paddle sports and canoeing.

⛴️ There is a regular boat service from Lakeside to Fell Foot.

Explore the natural world both indoors and outdoors at Windermere Jetty Museum this summer. Pick up a trail guide and explorer pack from the front desk to embark on your discovery. This activity is included in museum admission.

Join Beatrix Potter and Peter Rabbit for a fun afternoon tea party at the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. The event takes place in the Laundrama party venue which is just across from the Attraction on Rayrigg Road.

⛴️ 5 minutes walk from our Bowness Pier. Get there from Lakeside Pier on a Yellow Cruise or Ambleside and Brockhole on a Red Cruise.

The Lake District is set to enchant visitors with a pet encounter experience divided into four diverse zones, each offering a unique interaction with various animals.

Take inspiration from Windermere Jetty Museum’s collection and build your own model boat from recycled materials. Visitors’ creations will form part of a display in the museum’s Learning Centre throughout half term.
