  • A spectacular lakeside museum celebrating the heritage of life on Windermere
  • See a collection of steam launches, sailing yachts, motorboats and record-breaking speedboats displayed both on the water and in the galleries
  • Watch skilled craftsmen at work in the live conservation workshop, where historic boats are restored daily
  • Enjoy the Lakeside Café, offering stunning views of Windermere and freshly made food and drinks
  • Groups are welcomed by a member of staff, with pre-booked catering options and a free daily boat conservation talk at 11.30am

  1. Coach drop-off at Lakeside Motor Museum with free parking
  2. Visit Lakeland Motor Museum
  3. Coach takes the group to Lakeside Pier
  4. Take the boat to Bowness (Yellow Cruise)
  5. Change for boat to Windermere Jetty (Red Cruise) - max wait 15mins
  6. Visit Windermere Jetty Museum
  7.  Coach pick-up from outside the museum
