Whether you've got half an hour or half a day, we've got the ideal cruise for you.

Choose from our Red Cruise, Yellow Cruise, Islands Cruise or Full Lake Cruise.

If you are sailing with us we offer free coach parking at Bowness, and the school groups receive a voucher entitling them to 10% discount in the Boatman's Cafe & Gift Shop.

We also have free coach parking at Lakeside and pick up/drop off point at Ambleside.

School Fares (20+)

Our outisde classroom is here to help inspire your little learners. We have costs to suit all budgets.

Not only do we have special school rates throughout the peak times of the day, if you sail before 10.30am and after 4pm we offer a total of 20% discount per person (Pre booked only). In addition to that teachers sail for free*.

On-Board Facilities

We aim to keep groups onto our larger vessels like MV Swift, traditional 'steamers' and modern launches. If your group has specific requirements, we can advise which boat and departure would be best for you.

Travelling by coach

Visiting us is easy by coach, and we've been welcoming coaches to our coach parks for over 70 years.

All coach drivers with cruise passengers are welcome to use our award-winning* Bowness coach park free of charge and will receive a warm welcome from our dedicated coach park staff.
